Microsoft.SilverlightMediaFramework.Core.CustomEventArgs`1[System.Exception]

Hi

I recently installed silverlight on a surfaec pro3, which was succesfull.

I tried to read a video and had this message : "Microsoft.SilverlightMediaFramework.Core.CustomEventArgs`1[System.Exception]"

I use silverlight with 2 others computers with windows 8pro and linux on the same site and it work well.

What should I do ?
