Streaming video problem with chrome (only)

Hello,

I have a silverlight 5 application that streams video to my users,
the streaming works well, only in chrome i have a strange behavior:

when a user tries to move to a different position in the movie (say the middle of the video),
in chrome the video stops until it buffers the entire movie up to the point the user choose and only then it starts playing,
However in IE and Firefox it just buffer from the point the user pressed and starts playing immediately.

Does anyone have any idea why?
