App icons source

Hi,

Here is my scenario:

I have one solution, I distribute 10 apps from this to different servers for different companies. Now each company has it's own app icon, what's the best way to set the source of the App icons for this?

Instead of the icons been compiled in the XAP file I want to just reference a server address like \Images\AppIcon.png etc so the source is the same but the image on each server will be different.

I will have a quick read up now but thought I'd ask here for the best solution to this.
