Hi there. First of all, I am sorry if this post is not in the right thread. I am new here. If so, just let me know.
I have Windows 7. Just got my new computer in less than a week ago. I am a big Netflix watcher. So I did the normal, went to Netflix, and installed Silverlight 5.
Here is the problem. I can load a movie just fine. So I can start to watch it, and all of a sudden the screen goes black (no little blue Circles loading) like it normally does before the actual loading screen does on netflix. The screen goes black and then about a second later the audio stops. I have done numerous installs/reinstalls/deleted cookies, temp files etc... Have tried , IE, Mozilla, And Chrome. It does it on all three. While it seems to be at random intervals, sometimes it will be three seconds before it does it again, sometimes it won't do the whole Movie.
It's not a huge problem, just rather annoying. A refresh of the page does the trick
I do have Windows 7 64bit. The first time I downloaded Silverlight, it wasnt the 64bit. So I uninstalled it, went back to netflix and proceeded to download it again, and it was the 64bit. Oh I did try to watch it on both 32 bit and 64bit. Realizing I didnt have the 64bit I uninstalled and then installed the 64bit.
Thanks for reading this. I hope I can get some answers.
