Can Silverlight.js be modified to always load 64 bit if available?

I have a Silverlight LOB app that can run out of memory on the 32 bit plugin.  On IE 9 we had the users run the 64 bit IE, but 10 and 11 do not have that option; so Silverlight loads as 32 bit.  I can change settings on the browser to get it to load 64 for IE 10 but is there a way that Silverlight can load as 64 bit if the browser support it without trying to change each user's browser settings?
