Download Video in Silverlight 5 for OOB Application

Hi

I have developed an OOB Application in Silverlight 5. The video url's are passed as custom parameters in the application. For offline video content, the video should be downloaded to the machine. How can I modify the code for downloading videos in the out of browser application. I'm a newbie in silverlight development. Someone can share any light on this topic, please do.
