check if xaml browser application enabled for certain site

Is there a way to detect if xaml applications are enabled for the site checking it?

Similar to checking if javascript is enabled, is it possible to see if a xbap (independent of the trust) can run.

I just want to show a more appealing response to the user than the one below in case xaml browser applications are disabled. I can then possibly point to some solutions.
