It's noticeable that there are a number of consumers posting about problems with Netflix, sky go etc.
I suggest it would be a good idea to add a sticky to the forum.
Since the forum is aimed at developers rather than consumers, it's not an ideal place to ask for such support.
Which is why such threads go unanswered and whoever posted probably gets rather more frustrated.
Maybe someone should work out where would be more appropriate and post links.

If you have issues.
Follow this link.

If you see bouncing bubbles then you have a working Silverlight install.
If you don't then try with internet explorer if you're not using that.
No bubbles?
Uninstall and re-install Silverlight and check again.
If Silverlight works then contact sky/Netflix/whoever because it isn't a Silverlight issue you're seeing.
