Problems with Safari and Silverlight plugin on Mac OS X Maveric

Hello,

I have noticed that installing Silverlight component on Maco OS X Maveric became a bit harder. I have checked forums and it seems that now to be able to install Silverlight component offline, you need to allow it:

Safari/Settings/Security/Internet-Plugins: Allow Plugins -> Organize Website Settings... select Silverlight on left side, on right side select hostname, pulldown "Execute in unsecure mode".

That's something that experienced user can do, but other users will need instructions on how to do it. Browsers other than safari work like a charm, when you install Silverlight component they install it as they would normally do, in all other versions of Mac OS X and PC.

My question is is there something developers can do when developing their applications to allow Silverlight components to be installed as they were before, w/o specifically allowing and going intounsecure mode in safari?

Please, excuse me for my English.

Thank you in advance.
