Silver Light browser refresh issue with IE11

Hi,

I'm trying to refresh IE11 browser for our Silverlight 5 application [VS13] but it is not loading.

It shows blank page while pressing F5 or browser refresh.

My machine detail [E11 browIser refresh and F5 NOT WORKING]:

1. OS: Windows 8.1 pro
   
2. IE11 version: 11.0.9600.17498
3. Silverlight:5.1.20913.0 [35.4 MB]
   
   

Same functionality[E11 browIser refresh and F5] is WORKING on below server:

1. OS: Windows 7
2. IE11 version: 11.0.9600.17728
3. Silverlight:5.1.20513.0 [35.4 MB]

Please help me on this issue.
