The type or namespace name MatchTimeOutInMilliseconds could not be found - after Windows 10 update

Hi, I hope somebody help me

The last friday, my PC automatlically updated my Windows 10, and then, I can't run my Silverlight 5 app already, because say me:

'System.ComponentModel.DataAnnotations.RegularExpressionAttribute' 
no contiene una definición para 'MatchTimeoutInMilliseconds'
C:\Users\SP6688\Documents\Visual Studio 2013\PROYECTOS\MantenimientoDOCS\MTTO-en desarrollo\MTTO\Generated_Code\MTTO.Web.g.cs

I investigated and find it is a consecuence of the Windows updated, and the error is in the RegularExpression, and while explore the options to fix it, or while MS fix itdefinitely, I erased my RegularExpressions, and I try to run my app, but, now say me:

Silverlight Developer Runtime is not instaled, then I go to install it from the proposed link, and then say me:

A Silverlight versión is already installed could not install, ..... what????

I don't understand any word!!! Somebody help me please!!! I don't know what to do
